城市景观河道营养状况与轮虫群落结构 被引量:3

Nutritional status and community structure of rotifer in the riverway of urban landscape

摘要 为了解城市景观河道治理过程水质与轮虫群落结构的关系,于2012年5月至2014年12月对江苏省常州市景观河道进行了调查。利用综合营养状态指数法对景观河道的营养状况进行评价;并通过轮虫群落种类组成、优势种、生物量及多样性指数等指标探讨了轮虫群落结构与水体营养水平之间的关系。结果表明,景观河道总体处于富营养状态,主要是由河道中氮磷等污染物浓度过高引起;调查期间检出轮虫共22种,其中优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫(479个·L-1)、蒲达臂尾轮虫(98个·L-1)以及针簇多肢轮虫(137个·L-1);轮虫总数量处于较低水平(312个·L-1),多样性水平不高,轮虫数量与各污染物营养状态指数呈负相关;生物量与总氮营养状态指数呈极显著负相关。 An investigation was conducted in an urban riverway of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, from May 2012 to December 2014, to determine the relationship between water quality and the community structure of rotifers during the water treatment process. The nutritional status of the riverway was assessed by the comprehen- sive nutrition-state index method. The relationship between the nutritional level of the water and the community structure of the rotifers was analyzed by various indexes, including species composition, dominant species, bio- mass, and the diversity of the rotifers. The results indicated that this riverway was in a state of eutrophication at- tributable to the high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus. Twenty-two rotifer species were identified during the investigation, of which Brachionus calyciflorus (479 ind · L-1), Brachionus budapestiensis (98 ind · L-1), and Polyarthra trigla (137 ind · L-1) were the dominant species. Both the total abundance (312 ind· L-1) and the diversity of the rotifers were low. The correlation analysis indicated a negative correlation between the a- bundance of the rotifers and the trophic level index of the pollutants. In addition, highly significant negative cor- relations were found between the biomass of rotifers and the trophic level indexes of total nitrogen.
