职业技术师范本科院校“3+1”双师型人才培养模式探索

On the Exploration of a Cultivation Mode for “3+1” Double-titled Teaching Professionals in Normal Universities of Vocational Education

根据职业教育对双师型职教师资人才需求,针对职业技术师范本科院校人才培养中的问题,提出了基于"校-企-校"合作的"3+1"双师型人才培养模式和保障机制,为双师型职教师资人才培养提供现实指导和借鉴。

According to the demands of vocational education over double-titled teachers,the paper proposed a ＂3＋1＂cultivation mode based on a＂university-enterprise-university＂cooperation and a relevant supporting mechanism to resolve some practical problems,aiming to offer practical instructions and reference to the cultivation of teachers of this type for vocational education.
