摘要
介绍了龙门数控陶瓷切割机床控制系统的组成,构建了控制系统配置传动图,进行了基于台达数控系统的控制系统部件选型,分析了不同双丝杠驱动模式的特点,结合实际需要确定双位置控制模式,设计了控制系统架构并给出了主电路图,并进行了陶瓷切割试验,达到了预期的效果。
The paper described the composition of the control system for a gantry digital-control ceramics cutting machine, established its schematic of configuration transmission, and analyzed how to select components for the system based on the Taida digital control system. By taking practical needs into consideration,a two-position control mode was then determined,which laid a foundation for subsequent control system framework and main circuit diagram. Finally,a ceramics cutting test was performed,proving that expected results were achieved.
