少数民族贫困地区精准扶贫的困境与路径:基于农产品供应链创新的视角

少数民族贫困地区的扶贫任务十分艰巨,基于"互联网+"农产品供应链的创新能够促进农户减贫增收,是一条可选的精准扶贫路径,是一条少数民族地区脱贫致富的有效出路。首先,分析了少数民族贫困地区农产品供应链精准扶贫的意义以及所面临的困境。其次,在此基础上集中探讨农产品全产业供应链模式、双向流通供应链模式的路径创新。最后,提出少数民族贫困地区发展农产品供应链的政策建议。

The accomplishment of the poverty alleviation tasks in poverty - stricken minority areas of China is very difficult. Because the innovation of the internet - based supply chain of agricultural products can help farmers to reduce poverty and increase incomes, it is a proper approach to the targeted poverty alleviation in poverty - stricken minority areas of China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the signifi- cance of the targeted poverty alleviation in poverty - stricken minority areas of China in the perspective of the innovation of the supply chain of agricultural products as well as its difficulties; secondly, it focuses on the innovation of the mode of the supply chain of all the agricultural products as well as the dual- channel supply chain mode; finally, it puts forward the relevant policy suggestions.
