新常态下高职旅游专业的生存与发展——以广东省为例

On the Survival and Development of Tourism Faculties in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Normal Era——with Guangdong Province as an Example

新常态下旅游产业转型升级,给高职旅游专业的生存和发展带来很大冲击。为此,我们用SWOT分析了广东省高职旅游专业生存现状,发现其优势和机遇,找出其劣势和威胁,并提出了新常态下高职旅游管理专业的发展策略。

China＇s New Normal requires that the tourism industry be further reformed and upgraded,which has posed a great challenge to the survival and development of tourism faculties of higher vocational colleges.The study makes an analysis over current status of the faculties in Guangdong Province by means of SWOT,aiming to find out both advantages and disadvantages as well as both opportunities and menaces. Moreover,the study also offers some strategies to cope with the new situation,such as developing students＇ devotion to tourism industry,formulating a talent cultivation program fit for the new normal development,establishing a strategic alliance of tourism faculties in high vocation education and strengthening international communication and cooperation,etc.
