浅议公共管理视角下的城市规划职能

On the Function of City Planning from a Perspective of Public Management

随着社会经济的不断发展,传统城市规划已经不能符合现代社会发展的需求,通过对传统城市规划职能定位存在的问题及其原因进行分析,基于公共管理及城市规划职能,给予公共管理视角下城市规划中的计划、组织、领导等职能新定义。

Traditional city planning has been proved to fail to meet the demands of modern society owing to its own problems in functional orientation and continuous development of society and economy. Through an analysis on these problems and possible reasons,the paper redefined the functions in city planning such as planning,organization and leadership,etc. from a perspective of public management on the basis of the functions of public management and city planning.
