四平文化旅游资源开发潜力评价研究

A Study on the Assessment of Developmental Potentials of Siping Cultural Tourism Resources

以《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》为标准,通过实地普查,对四平主要文化旅游资源进行梳理。运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,构建评价模型,并对四平文化旅游资源开发潜力进行综合评价。评价结果显示,铁东区和伊通文化旅游资源要素价值较高,客源潜力较大,且资源环境质量较好,开发潜力最大。因此,应重点开发、优先发展、形成品牌。

A field survey was carried out to sort out major cultural tourism resources in Siping City in accordance with Classification, Investigation and Assessment of Tourism Resources. Afterward, an assessment model was established integrating hierarchical analysis and fuzzy assessment for a comprehensive evaluation over the developmental potentials of such resources. The result shows that 2 cantons,Tiedong District and Yitong County,have the strongest developmental potentials with their valuable elements of tourism resources,high potentials to attract more tourists,and relatively better environment. This indicates that the two canton shall be given priority in the development of tourism of the city to develop a popular brand effect. It is expected that the study will offer some theoretical guidance for a healthy development of Siping＇s cultural tourism industry.
