Research on Tacit Knowledge Sharing of Top Management Team in Enterprises

摘要 高管团队作为企业最高决策层构成了隐性知识的重要载体,其隐性知识的充分共享成为企业创新的源动力。虽然很多学者对团队隐性知识共享进行了充分地探讨,但是有关高管团队隐性知识共享方面的研究还处于起步阶段,如何实现高管团队隐性知识共享并最大限度地提升企业绩效已经成为学术界和实业界备受关注的焦点问题。本研究基于知识管理理论与高管团队理论相整合的视角,将隐性知识共享引入到高管团队研究领域,在界定高管团队隐性知识内涵与特征的基础上,分析了高管团队隐性知识共享的过程以及影响因素,并构建了高管团队隐性知识共享对企业绩效的影响机制模型,以期为企业强化高管团队隐性知识共享管理进而提高企业绩效提供有价值的借鉴。 As the highest decision-making level, the top management team(TMT)is an important carrier of tacit knowledge, and the full sharing of tacit knowledge has become the source power of innovation. Although many scholars have carried out a full discussion about the tacit knowledge sharing, the research on the tacit knowledge sharing of TMT is still in its infancy. It has been the focus of attention of academiaand industry to how to realize the full sharing of the tacit knowledge of TMT and to maximize the enterprise performance. Based on the perspective of the integration of the knowledge management theory and the TMT theory, this study firstly introduces the tacit knowledge sharing into the research field of TMT. Then, the process and antecedents of tacit knowledge sharing of TMT have been analyzed after defining the connotation and characteristics of tacit knowledge. A model that the tacit knowledge sharing of TMT influences the enterprise performance has been constructed. The purpose of the above is to provide valuable insights for enterprises to strengthen the tacit knowledge sharing management of TMT and improve enterprise performance.
