摘要
自我领导最初是指个体通过使用恰当的自我影响策略取得行为绩效的过程。随后学者们发现集体也具有自我领导的行为,并随着自我领导解决问题层次的加深,产生出更高标准层面的自我领导。集体层面的自我领导与更高标准层面的自我领导统称为更高层次自我领导。文章对于自我领导从一般到更高的发展过程进行了跨度30年的追溯,通过梳理现有研究成果,如自我领导的起源、测量与策略,探讨了自我领导理论的发展轨迹与方向。此外,文章改善了自我领导的理论框架并提出了未来值得深入研究的方向。
Self-leadership is initially a process of individuals using the appropriate self-influence strategies to improve behavioral performance. But researchers found that collectives also have self-leadership behavior. And, with the problems solved by self-leadership deep-leveled, higher standard level self-leadership was promoted. The collective level self-leadership and higher standard level self-leadership are collectively referred to as higher-level self-leadership. The article discusses the over 30 years span of self-leadership from general to higher-level. And through combing and carding the existing researches, such as the origin, measurement and strategy of selfleadership, the article talks over the development path and the future direction of selfleadership theory. In addition, this paper improves the theoretical framework of selfleadership and puts forward some worthy points for further research.
