Research on Value Creation Mechanism of Green Intellectual Capital

在当前知识经济与绿色经济的双重时代背景下,绿色智力资本成为了企业价值创造的驱动因素,能够帮助企业获得持久性的竞争优势。首先,本文在文献回顾的基础上,分析绿色智力资本的起源与内涵,并对绿色智力资本的概念、维度进行了界定。然后,本文从平衡计分卡的视角分析并归纳了绿色智力资本的价值创造机理。最后,本文解释了绿色智力资本各维度的价值创造作用,以及各维度之间的交互作用。

In the double era background of knowledge economy and green economy, green intellectual capital has become the mechanism of enterprise value creation, and has helped enterprise to get persistent competitive advantage. First, on the basis of literature review, this paper analyses the genesis and connotation of the green intellectual capital, and defines the concept and dimension of green intellectual capital. Second, from the point of balanced score card, this paper analyses and generalizes value creation mechanism of green intellectual capital. Finally, this paper explains the dimensions of green intellectual capital in the effect of value creation and interaction of the dimensions of green intellectual capital.
