摘要 针对煤与瓦斯突出矿井松软煤层群开采的瓦斯治理难点,以贵州青龙矿井为研究对象,研究了强突松软煤层群综采工作面瓦斯立体治理技术。采取了底板岩巷穿层钻孔抽采、本煤层顺层钻孔抽采、走向高抽钻孔抽采、采空区埋管抽采及沿空留巷Y型通风治理上隅角瓦斯等综合瓦斯立体治理技术。现场试验表明,立体治理瓦斯取得了明显的效果,解决了回采时工作面瓦斯超限问题,实现了强突松软煤层群综采工作面的安全高效回采。 Aiming at gas control difficulties in mining soft coal seam group of coal and gas outburst mine, Qinglong Mine in Guizhou was employed as object investigated to study on gas solid control technology for mining face of strong outburst soft coal seam group. Gas drainage technology with boreholes through floor rock roadway, drilling holes down the seam, high pumping drilling, buried tube drainage in mined area and Y-shaped ventilation for gas concentration at upper corner along the empty lane. The in-situ experiment results showed that gas solid technology had achieved demonstrable effect, solving gas content limitation at mining working face and realizing safe and efficient mining production of strong outburst soft coal seam group.
