摘要
采用试片断电法,通过室内模拟试验研究了绝缘防腐蚀层缺陷对阴极保护IR降的影响规律。结果表明:管线施加阴极保护管/地电位时,IR降随着恒电位仪输出电位的增加而增大;在相同的管/地电位下,IR降会随着绝缘防腐蚀层破损面积的增大而增大,缺陷大小和阴极保护度呈负相关性。
Breakpoint test and indoor simulated experiment were used to investiguate the effect of damaged area of coating on IR drop of cathodic protection. The results showed that IR drop increased when potentiostat output voltage increased for the pipeline with cathodic protection. Meanwhile, in the same voltage, IR drop increased when the damage area increased, and defect size and cathodic protection efficiency was negatively correlated.
