摘要
对长沙—昆明铁路客运专线芷江舞水特大桥主跨14号墩地处裸岩河床半滩半水的基础围堰筑岛施工总体方案进行了介绍,并详细论证各工序施工方案后选择"先回填后开挖施工承台"总体施工顺序,对土石回填、止水帷幕施工、围护桩施作、承台开挖和基坑护壁施工、静态爆破施工、大体积承台混凝土施工等工艺进行了详细阐述。工程实践证明,此施工方案针对性强,过程控制安全可靠,工程质量稳定可控,施工成本合理,经济效益较好。
Based on Zhijiang Wushui Bridge engineering in Changsha to Kunming Passenger Dedicated Railway Line, this paper introduces the general construction scheme of cofferdam island for the foundation of No. 14 pier with main span in half beach and half water on bare rock riverbed, selects＇ backfilling---~ constructing pile cap＇ method after analyzing different construction schemes. The authors introduce the construction technologies including earth-rock backfilling, waterproof curtain construction, fender pile excavation construction, foundation excavation bracing construction, static blasting construction, mass concrete fender pile construction. The engineering practice shows that the construction scheme is strongly practicable, the process control is safe, engineering quality is controllable, construction cost is reasonable, economic benefit is good.
