摘要
为解决贵州地区冬季不适宜沥青路面施工的问题,以厦蓉高速清织段项目建设为例,针对冬季温度低、沥青混合料热量损失快的特点,介绍了EC-120型温拌SMA在冬季沥青路面上面层施工中的应用并从温拌SMA的生产、摊铺和碾压等方面介绍了其施工工艺及质量控制要点。现场检测表明,该型温拌SMA的铺筑质量较好,路用性能满足规范要求。
It is inappropriate that the asphalt pavement is constructed in winter. In order to deal with the big issue, this paper takes the construction of Qingzhen-Zhijin Expressway （part of Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway） for example, focuses on the point of low temperature and fast heat loss of asphalt in winter, introduces the application of the EC-120 warm-mix modified asphalt as upper course. The construction technology and the key points of the quality control also are introduced by the mixing, paving and rolling of EC-120 warm-mix modified SMA. Test after paving shows that the quality of warm-mix modified SMA can meet the specification requirement.
