摘要 针对超高层建筑核心筒内爬式动臂塔式起重机底部安全防护这一难题,在塔式起重机筒内底部设计了可提升的整体兜底防护平台。平台采取"硬质防护层+缓冲防护层"双重防护的形式,能有效拦截坠物。为了提升安全便捷,设计了抗倾覆装置,并且将提升和正常防护时悬挂设计成2套吊索,运用高速电动葫芦通过提升吊索进行整体提升,正常防护时用另一套吊索悬挂于塔式起重机支撑梁上。该兜底防护平台已在天津周大福金融中心项目2台动臂式塔式起重机中得到应用,实施效果良好。 Aiming at the difficult problem of bottom protection of interior climbing tower crane for core tube of super tall building, a protection platform is designed to promote at the bottom of the tower crane tube inside. The platform form is designed for double protection of 'hard protective layer + cushion protective layer' ,the form can effectively intercept falling objects. In order to lift safety and convenient, the resistive overturning device is designed, and two sets of sling for the lifting and normal protective suspension are designed. High speed electric hoist is used to lift for integral lifting through ascension. Another set of sling hangs on the support beams of tower crane for normal protective. The protection platform has been used in two tower cranes at the bottom of tube inside in Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center. The application effect is very good.
