中俄关系的历史与现实——从三次结盟到《睦邻友好合作条约》

中俄两国是近邻,回顾近百年来的中俄关系史,中俄两国曾三次签订盟约,三次结盟虽处在不同的历史时期,但在制止侵略和保卫和平的共同利益上双方都表达了“彼此互给一切必要的军事及其他援助与支持”的真诚。观其结盟的内外因素,从三次结盟到《睦邻友好合作条约》,不难看出两国间加强相互信任,发展友好合作关系的重要性。

China and Russia are near neighbors. Looking back to the history of Sino - Russian relationship for the past hundred years, the two countries had signed treaties for three times. Although they formed an alliance in different historic periods, they expressed their good faith 'each gives the other all the necessary military aids and so forth 'for the common interests in preventing aggression and keeping peace. Observing the internal and external factors in their alignments, it is not hard to notice the importance in strengthening their mutual trust and developing their friendly cooperation relations.
