摘要
0号高压加热器的设置能提高低负荷工况的给水温度,有利于部分负荷下脱硝系统的安全运行。经分析得出,只有在同时具有低温省煤器的系统中设置0号高加才具有节能效益。对0号高加的参数优选、现有汽轮机改造的结构设计、运行安全和参数控制、热力系统配置方案、0号高加进汽调节阀一次调频能力等问题进行了论述,分析研究的成果可供相关人员参考。
No. 0 high pressure beater can be used to increase the feed water temperature of the unit under low load condition and be in favor of the operation safety of denitration system under partial load condition. Based on analysis, the conclusion is obtained that the No. 0 high pressure heater has energy saving benefit only if utilized with low temperature economizer simultaneously. In this research, some relative issues are discussed in terms of optimized parameter choice of No. 0 high pressure heater, structure design in existing steam turbine improving, operation safety and parameter control, configuration scheme of thermal system and primary frequency control ability of inlet regulating valve in No. 0 high pressure heater. Therefore, the study results can provide reference for interested people.
