作为苏联继承国的俄罗斯,已独立执政25年。对这25年间其体制转型对经济发展的影响问题,一直存在不同看法,值得研究。但问题很复杂,涉及的问题很多。俄罗斯体制转型既取得了重大进展也有不少失误。本文从俄经济出现的问题或困境视角,分析体制转型过程中出现的问题及其对经济发展的影响,并对俄罗斯的经济前景进行前瞻:国际大环境的不利因素并没有减少,能源生产与国际市场价格面临压力,资金短缺严重。总之,国内政局的稳定离不开经济发展这个基础性条件。

After the collapse of the former Soviet Union, Russia has become an independent country for25 years. Analysts have been divided over the impacts of its systematic transition on itseconomic development in the past 25 years. It is a complicated issue. Russia has had somemajor achievements but also made quite a few mistakes in carrying out its systematictransition. From the perspective of Russia's economic problems and predicament, this articleanalyzes the problems Russia encountered during its systematic transition and their impact onits economic development. It also anticipates the prospects of the Russian economy: Theunfavorable factors for the Russian economy have not decreased and Russia faces heavypressure from such factors as energy production, international energy prices and capitalshortage. To sum up, its domestic political stability basically hinges on its stable economicdevelopment.
