摘要
滚动轴承经典理论都是以刚性套圈假设为前提,计算时不考虑套圈变形,但用于分析柔性套圈支承的薄壁轴承时,误差较大。基于ABAQUS建立薄壁角接触球轴承ZR76/82C的三维模型,分析了在柔性约束下套圈的变形情况及壁厚对套圈变形的影响,并与刚性约束的情况进行对比,结果表明:柔性约束下套圈将不再保持几何圆,与刚性约束下的轴向位移计算值相差较大;壁厚对于套圈的变形影响很大,壁厚较小的情况下不可忽略套圈的变形影响。
The classical theory of rolling bearings is all based on rigid rings hypothesis,and the distortion of rings is not taken into account during computing,resulting in relatively big error for analysis of thin-walled bearings with flexible supported rings. The 3D model for thin-walled angular contact ball bearings ZR76/82 C is established based on ABAQUS. The distortion behavior of rings under flexible constraints and the effect of wall thickness on distortion of rings are analyzed,and the situation is compared with rigid constraints. The results show that the rings will no longer keep geometric circle under flexible constraints,and the axial displacement is relatively big compared with calculated value under rigid constraints. The wall thickness has great effect on distortion of rings,and the distortion effect of rings can not be ignored under the condition of small wall thickness.
