摘要
根据汽车转向系统用四点接触球轴承的工况条件,以满足常温和低温摩擦力矩、低振动噪声为目标,开发了新型润滑脂。经与2款润滑脂进行对比试验证明,新开发的润滑脂性能更优;批量装机使用表明,该润滑脂能够满足客户对轴承的要求。
According to operating condition of four point contact ball bearings for automobile steering system,the new type lubricating grease is developed to satisfy friction torque under normal temperature and low temperature and low vibration noise. The experiment proves that the new developed lubricating grease has better performance compared with other two kinds of lubricating greases. The mass installation and use show that the lubricating grease is able to meet customer＇s requirements.
