摘要
目的:用超声波辅助法对益母草色素进行提取以及研究,为益母草的开发利用提供理论依据。方法:使用单因素和正交实验得到益母草色素的最佳提取工艺。结果:优选益母草色素的最佳提取工艺是液固比为20∶1,提取时间为40 min,超声波功率为120 W。结论:益母草原材料价格低廉,提取方法简单,提取效果好,功效众多,使用广泛。
Objective: Study on the extraction of Herba Leonuri and pigment with ultrasonicassisted method, and provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Herba Leonuri. Methods: Use single factors and orthogonal experiments to obtain the optimumextraction process of motherwort pigment. Results: The liquid - solid ratio used in optimum extraction process of motherwort pigment preferred to be 20 : 1, the extraction time was 40min, and the ultrasonic power was 120W. Conclusion: As raw material, the motherwort is inexpensive, and the extraction method is simple, as well as the extraction results is good. It is widely used for its numerous effects.
