摘要 文中介绍了一种以复合敏感膜为离子载体的新型全固态硫酸根离子选择性电极的制备方法及其性能表征结果。该电极以金丝为基材,利用化学、电化学方法在其表面原位合成聚巯基苯胺层,其外部包覆纳米铅进而合成硫酸铅钡与硫酸铅混合膜,对水体中硫酸根离子浓度进行检测。该电极在硫酸根离子浓度为10^(-4)~10^(-1)mol/L的范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,符合Nernst定律,检测下限为10^(-4)mol/L。所测电压与硫酸根离子浓度的负对数之间斜率为-27.13 m V/dec。由于该电极体积微小,易与温度、盐度、p H电极等多种电极集成在同一传感器探头内,实现对水体中多种参数的实时在线监测。该电极制备简易、操作简便,电信号响应迅速,具有较好的应用前景。 The paper presents the preparation approach and calibration result of a novel type of all-solid-state sulphate ionselective electrode( ISE) based on complex membrane as ionophore. The novel electrode has a multiple layered structure,with a gold wire in the center,covered by poly( 2-aminothiophenol) layer and nano-plumbum layer.The mixture layer of lead-barium sulfate and lead sulfate,which is synthetized in-situ,is the outmost layer.The electrode exhibits a good linear response to sulfate ions over the concentration range of 10^-4 to 10^-1mol / L with detection limit of 10^-4mol / L and Nernstian slope of-27.13 m V per decade.The electrode can be integrated in the same probing cavity with temperature sensor,salinity meter,p H electrode,etc. to complete the target of measuring multiple chemical parameters in-situ for its miniature volume. Furthermore,the electrode is easy to make and to operate,and its electrical signal responses fast,which shows a promising prospect.
