The test methed of characteristic parameters of sensor＇s resonant sensing elements was presented. The property of resonant sensing elements was discussed by characteristic parameters of sensor＇s resonant sensing elements. The research of the regularity of the detection signal＇s characteristic parameter provided evidence for building the closed-loop excitation system of resonant piezoelectric pressure sensor.
