摘要
提出一种输送带纵向撕裂故障检测系统信号采集器的设计方案。该信号采集器包括线阵CMOS传感器模块、信号采集控制模块和数据处理传输模块。采用线阵CMOS传感器ELIS-1024设计了CMOS传感器模块;采用XC3S500E芯片设计了信号采集控制模块,采用VHDL语言编写FPGA程序;采用TMS320C6748芯片设计了数据处理传输模块。搭建了输送带纵向撕裂故障检测系统信号采集器的实验平台,并进行了实验。结果表明:该信号采集器能够实现对线阵CMOS传感器信号的采集、存储和处理,并通过以太网传输到上位机的功能,具有采集信号质量好、可靠性高、组网方便等优点。
The research for signal collector of detection system for longitudinal rip of conveyor belt was presented in this pager.The signal collector includes liner CMOS sensor module,signal acquisition control module and data processing and transmission module.The liner CMOS sensor module was designed using the linear CMOS sensor ELIS-1024.The signal acquisition control module was designed using FPGA XC3S500 E and its program was written by VHDL language.The data processing and transmission module was designed using TMS320C6748 chip.An experiment platform for signal collector of detection system for longitudinal rip of conveyor belt was built and the experiment was conducted.The result shows that the signal collector can realize the function of signal acquisition,storage,processing and transmission to the computer by Ethernet,with the advantage of high quality signals,high reliability and convenient networking.The signal collector has great value of application in the on-line detection system for longitudinal rip of conveyor belt.
