Successfully accomplishing their missions and living up to the expectations——Some realizations after learning general secretary Xin Jinping's“speech at the philosophy and social science work forum”

阐述了学习习近平总书记2016年5月17日在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上讲话的四点体会:马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论是中西方历史文化精华的结晶,是科学;要正视哲学社会科学界的问题,对马克思主义和中国特色社会主义理论要真懂真信;哲学社会科学工作者当奋发有为,积极主动为党和人民述学立论、建言献策,肩负起历史责任;要有志向有信心构建哲学社会科学的中国学派。

On May 17,2016, Xi Jinping, the General Secretary, published the article entitled ＂Speech at the Philosophy and Social Science Work Forum＂. Four points should be realized after we learn the Speech. Firstly, Marxism, Mao Zedong thought and the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics are the sciences, the essence of history and culture of both China and western countries . Secondly, the prob- lems in the areas of philosophy and social science need to be faced bravely, and Marxism as well as the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics should be really understood and believed. Thirdly, scholars in these fields should strive for writing books, establishing theories and putting forward suggestions so as to shoulder their historical responsibilities. Fourthly, the scholars should be ambitious and confident in con- structing Chinese school of thought in terms of philosophy and social science
