随着经济全球化进程加速,国际人口流动更加频繁,不同民族、文化间在深度、广度上不可避免地出现前所未有的碰撞、交融乃至冲突。对流散性群体的研究特别强调社会中跨文化少数群体的社会融合性。"流散媒体"的出现践行一种新的文化政治。20世纪90年代,欧洲各国秉持一以贯之的文化多样性和满足少数族裔身份认同迫切需求,促进"流散电视"的快速发展,有效化解了社会危机与文化冲突。探究族裔散居语境下西方"流散媒体"的理论脉络、欧洲多元文化电视节目向"流散电视"拓展的传播实践,在把握其当前动向和发展趋势的同时,可以更加深刻地认识"流散电视"对于少数族裔认同建构乃至欧洲国家经济社会文化发展所具有的重要价值和深远影响。

With the economic globalization process accelerating and international migration more frequent,the cultural exchange,convergence and even conflict among different ethnic groups have shown unprecedented trends in breadth and depth. The research on diasporic groups particularly focuses on the social integration of cross-cultural minorities. The appearance of diasporic media proposes a new form of cultural politics. With keeping cultural diversity and satisfying the urgent demanding of identity among ethnic minorities,European countries have promoted diasporic television service since1960 s,which resolved the social crisis and the cultural conflict effectively. Exploring the theoretical approach of western diasporic media in the diasporic context and the communication practice of European multicultural programming converting into diasporic television can not only help us grasp the current situation and developing trend of it,but also make us deeply understand the great value and profound impact of the diasporic television for ethnic minorities' identity construction,and even for European economic,social and cultural development.
