摘要
分析了三种磁栅刻录方法的刻录原理,以及每种方法对应的误差产生机制,运用数学方法探讨了同轴度误差、平行度误差、直线度误差及阿贝误差对磁栅尺最终精度的具体影响。针对不同刻录方法的特点,提出了改进刻录精度的思路和建议,为录磁机的结构优化设计及刻录精度的误差补偿奠定了一定的理论基础。
By analyzing the principles of three recording methods for magnoscales and corresponding error for each method, the mathematical technique was explored to define the impacts of corresponding error of alignment, parallelism error, straightness error and Abbe errors to the final accuracy of the magnoseales. According to the characteristics of different recording methods, put forward ideas and suggestions to improve the recording accuracy were set forth which might lay a theoretical basis for optimum structural design of the recording machine and for error compensation of the recording accuracy.
