摘要
在管道设计过程中,经常遇到管道跨距无法满足跨度要求,需要通过管道自身的加强来增加管道跨距的情况。文中根据决定管道跨度的强度条件和刚度条件计算公式,简要分析了影响管道跨度的因素。在此基础上,对工程中常用的3种增大管道跨度的方法(加大管径、壁厚,加强板,拱形管)做了简要的分析,并对3种方法的优缺点做了比较。最后,通过工程实例的计算分析,验证了整个选择过程,为解决工程实际问题提供了思路。
Pipe span can not meet the requirements of the span in the course of pipe engineering design which need to strengthen the pipe to increase itself. The article analyzed the various factors that affect the pipe span based on the formula of strength condition and stiffness condition. And also analyzed three methods commonly used in engineering to increase pipe span (including increasing diameter, wall thickness, reinforcing plate, vaulted pipe), and compared the advantages and shortcomings with various methods. Finally, through the analysis of engineering example, the entire options selection process was proved, pro- viding a reference for solving engineering problems.
