摘要
阐述了中波红外相机产生光机结构背景辐射的理论依据,分析了冷屏不匹配以及冷屏匹配情况下背景辐射的影响因素,进而提出了冷屏匹配下光机结构背景辐射物理模型,通过中波红外成像系统在高低温环境实验研究验证了该物理模型的合理性。研究工作为中波红外相机选取合适的环境工作温度提供了科学依据,为提高红外系统的探测信噪比、减少仪器背景噪声提供了一定的参考价值。
The theory of optical-mechanical structure background radiation in MWIR camera was described. The influence factors of background radiation were analyzed under cold screen match and cold screen mismatch,and then physics model of optical-mechanical structure background radiation under cold screen match was presented. The rationality of physical model was verified through the high and low temperature environment experiments of mid-infrared imaging system. Research work provides a scientific basis for environment operating temperature selection of MWIR camera,and provides a certain reference value for the improvement of infrared system SNR and the reduction of instrumental background noise.
