效率与公平的关系是人类社会基本的价值关系,效率与公平关系的嬗变是经济社会的发展在价值观方面的反映。改革开放前后的不同阶段,人们的价值观随着社会存在的不同也会显现独有的特性。全面梳理效率与公平关系的演变,有助于深入了解改革开放前后不同阶段的异同,有助于深入理解"十三五"规划提出的"五大发展理念",有助于深入论证建党一百年实现建成小康社会的目标。

Efficiency-justice relationship is the basic value relationship in human society. The changes of efficiency-justice relationship reflect the development of economy and the society in terms of value. During the periods before and after the conduction of Reform and Opening-up Policies, with various social presences being different, people＇s values would show unique features. We should completely study the changes of efficiency-justice relationship, which is helpful for us to understand the both similarities and differences of the periods before and after the conduction of Reform and Opening-up Policies, to further understand the ＂five ideas on development＇proposed in the13 th Five-year Plan made by our Party, and to further demonstrate the aim set by our party, establishing an over-well society through 100years＇ effort.
