摘要
概念、结构、测量和影响因素对团队创造力起着决定性作用。目前对团队创造力研究还存在的一些问题,需要对其未来发展方向做出展望,特别是对模型的构建和检验如何趋于合理化、测量方法和测量工具如何完善以及影响机制等做出探索,并进行跨文化研究。
The factors such as concept, structure, measurement and influence are essential to a team's creativity. The research on teams' creativity shows some problems, and its future is predicted. We also made some explorations in the following aspects such as the construction of models, rationalization of examination, perfection of measurement method and tools, influential mechanism, and trans-culture.
