Animal products processing course is one of the animal husbandry and veterinary professional courses. In order to change and promote the teachers＇ teaching methods and teaching level, explore and enhance students＇ creative thinking and practical ability, it should reform the course from the course content, teaching methods, practice teaching and assessment methods in close connection with the selective examination standard of professional skills to improve the teaching efficiency.
