摘要 畜产品加工课程是高职畜牧兽医专业的专业课程之一。为转变和提升教师的教学方法和教学水平,发掘和提升学生的创新思维和动手能力,要紧密结合专业技能抽查标准,从课程内容、教学方法、实践教学和考核方式等方面进行改革,以提高教学效率。 Animal products processing course is one of the animal husbandry and veterinary professional courses. In order to change and promote the teachers' teaching methods and teaching level, explore and enhance students' creative thinking and practical ability, it should reform the course from the course content, teaching methods, practice teaching and assessment methods in close connection with the selective examination standard of professional skills to improve the teaching efficiency.
