摘要
被研究院校——A高职学院采用了物质与精神相结合的激励措施,使高职双师型教师的作用突显。但高职双师型教师激励机制仍存在的主要问题,如双师型教师被重视程度、职称晋升、工作效果评价、薪酬、职业发展、情感没有达到期望等。针对在存在的问题,要采取激励措施,完善激励机制,确保提高双师型教师的工作积极性。
The college—A higher vocational college adopts the incentive mechanism of combining the material and spiritual incentives, and highlights the role of higher vocational "double-qualification" teachers. But the main problems still exist in the incentive mechanism, such as the emphasis of "double qualification" teachers, title promotion, job performance evaluation, salary,career development, and emotions. Aiming at the problems it is to take incentive measures to perfect the incentive mechanism,and improve the "double qualification" teachers' work enthusiasm.
