"互联网+"创设了促进乡村教师专业发展的新机遇,对乡村教师专业发展有着重大而深远的影响,而"互联网+"环境下乡村教师专业发展面临着现实困境。通过对转变专业发展意识提高乡村教师的专业发展能力、加大对乡村教师的扶植力度保障乡村教师的网络学习功能、构建信息化的管理制度促进乡村教师的专业发展等路径探讨,以期促进乡村教师专业化发展。

The professional development of rural teachers under the Internet plus environment is now facing a dilemma between change of the awareness of professional development and the improvement of the ability of professional development of rural teachers. Construction of the information management system is a new path to promote the professional development of rural teacher.
