From the birth of the Internet to the time of the Internet plus era,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the network. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with Xi Jinping as the Secretary- general of the CPC Central Committee,much more attention has been paid to the Internet and he has put forward some network concepts to regulate the operation of the Internet in China. Further study and understanding of the connotation and characteristics of Xi Jinping＇s Network Thinking is very important for us to carry out ideological and political education in the Internet plus era.
