我国科技型中小企业成长面临问题及对策分析

Problems Met by Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Their Growth in China

科技型中小企业是一种知识、技术和人才密集型、并以追求创新和快速增长为其发展的核心的企业,是具有高投入、高成长、高收益和高风险性的极具创新活力的企业群体,也是高新技术产业发展和高科技大型企业成长的摇篮。由于该类企业自身条件的限制和外部条件的制约,使得企业的成长和发展举步维艰,采取有效措施来破解企业发展的瓶颈问题便是政府和社会各界需要关注的重要问题。

Science- and- technology- based small and medium- sized enterprises（ ST SMEs） as a kind of take knowledge,technology and talent intensive enterprises,they pursue innovation and rapid growth,and they are dynamic enterprise groups,It is also the cradle of the development of high- tech industry. Because of constraints of the enterprise＇s own conditions and external conditions,they are now in the difficulties in the growth and development. It is an important problem for the government and the community to pay much more attention to that and taking some effective measures to break the bottleneck of the development of those enterprises.
