双重否定结构"不无"经历了一个由跨层结构到双音词的发展过程。"不无"由跨层结构变为动词是一个连续渐变的过程,其中"无"句法位置的变化带动了其词性的转变,为"不无"的词汇化创造了极为有利的条件,另外语义的融合、汉语双音化趋势的发展也是"不无"词汇化的两个重要因素。

The structure of double negation Buwu in modern Chinese has experienced a process from the layer structure to the double- syllable word. The change of Chinese words Buwu from the layer structure into a verb is a continuous progress. The syntactic position of＂Wu＂led to changes in their part of speech. The lexicalization of the Chinese word created an advantageous condition for Buwu,and the development trend of Chinese double- syllable word is another important factor to the lexicalization of Chinese words Buwu.
