摘要
太极是我国传统文化的一颗璀璨明珠,它源于生活又服务于生活。在太极文化的影响下,武术家以阴阳哲学的原理创编出太极拳,通过习练太极拳可以疏通经络、缓解压力、增强体质。该文通过文献研究,阐述太极文化内涵思想演变的三个重要阶段,从太极文化的演变阐述太极拳的发展及特点,旨在对太极文化及运动更好的发展起到促进作用。
Tai Chi, originating from life to serve life, is a shining pearl in China's traditional culture. Under the influence of Tai Chi culture, martial artists of past ages created Tai Chi Chuan (Chinese shadow boxing) based on the philosophical principles of Yin and Yang. Playing Tai Chi Chuan can help to dredge the main and collateral channels of human body, relieve pressure, and improve the health. This paper expounds on the three important stages of the connotation and thought evolution of Tal Chi culture by means of documental research. This paper elaborates the development and characteristics of Tai Chi Chuan from the evolution of Tai Chi culture, aiming to better promote the development of Tai Chi culture and sport.
