The optimization of clothing templated production lines based on IE——Taking quick drying pants as an example

模板技术是近几年新兴的服装工艺缝制辅助技术手段,员工在实际生产中未标准化操作影响着生产线的平衡.基于程序分析、动作分析和时间研究等工业工程方法,研究速干裤模板化缝制生产线上存在的模板问题,对模板操作进行标准化,对工位裁片布局合理化,优化生产流水线,提高生产效率,为其他企业提供解决问题的思路和方法.

Template technology is a newly developed one of garment sewing. In the actual pro- duction, improper operation exerts an influence on the production line balance. The study is doing a research on the template problem in the quick drying pantsr production line. By the method of process analysis, motion analysis and time study, it standardizes the template opera- tion and make oproper layout of material,optimizes production line to improve the production efficiency, and provide ideas and methods to solve the problems for other enterprises.
