蓝红光治疗创伤性伤口的效果观察

Therapeutic effect of blue and red light on treatment of traumatic wounds

目的观察蓝红光在创伤性伤口治疗中的效果。方法选取我院收治的112例创伤性伤口患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组各56例,对照组伤口给予聚维酮碘纱布换药,观察组在此基础上给予蓝红光照射治疗,观察比较两组伤口治疗第7、14dVAS疼痛评分,治疗10d后伤口愈合率,伤口总愈合时间。结果观察组伤口在治疗第7、14dVAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗10d后,对照组伤口愈合率为63.5%,观察组伤口愈合率为92.86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、观察组伤口愈合时间分别为(12.96±5.26)d和(10.54±3.24)d,组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝红光照射治疗创伤性伤口,可有效缓解伤口疼痛,促进伤口愈合,整体效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of blue and red light in treating the traumatic wounds. Methods 112 patients with traumatic wounds were allocated to control group （56 eases）and observation group （56 cases）, according to the raudonl number table. In control group, the wounds were dressed with povidone-iodine gauze. The patients in observation group were treated with blue and red light therapy. The pain VAS score at 7th day and the 14th day, wound healing rate at 10th day and healing time were observed. Results The pain VAS score 7d and 14d after treatment in observation group were lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. At the 10th day after treatment, the healing rate in control group and observation group were 63.5% and 92.86 % （P〈0.05）. The wound healing time in the control group and the observation group were 12.96±5.26d and 10.54±3.24, respectively. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blue and red light can relieve the wound pain and promote wound healing.
