摘要
目的检测CIAPIN1mRNA在结肠癌组织及正常结肠粘膜组织中的表达水平,研究CIAPIN1基因与结肠癌发生的相关性。方法收集28例结肠癌患者手术后的癌组织及切缘旁>5cm的正常粘膜组织标本(术前未行放化疗),采用反转录PCR法检测28例结肠癌患者结肠癌组织、正常结肠粘膜组织的CIAPIN1mRNA表达水平。结果 28例结肠癌患者癌组织CIAPIN1mRNA阳性表达率为10.7%,正常结肠粘膜组织阳性表达率为100%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 CIAPIN1mRNA在结肠癌组织的表达缺失或降低可能与结肠癌的发生相关。
Objective To investigated the expression of CIAPIN1 mRNA in colon cancer. Methods 28 colon cancer tissues and normal colon tissues were collected, all cases were not accepted chemotherapy or radiotherapy. CIAPIN1 was examined by RT-PCR. Results The expression of CIAPIN1 in tumor tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colon tissues. The positive rate of CIAPIN1 mRNA expressions between tumor tissues and normal colon tissues was 10.7% and 100% respectively（P=0. 000）. Conclusions The decrease and deletion expression of CIAPIN1 may be associated with the development in colon cancer.
