盐酸氨溴索联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果分析

Therapeutic effects of ambroxol hydrochloride and eucalyptol-limonene-pentene enteric-coated capsules for treatment of secretory otitis media

目的观察鼓室内注射盐酸氨溴索联合口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊在治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法60例(68耳)分泌性中耳炎患者按照随机分组原则分为观察组32例(36耳)与对照组28例(32耳),观察组鼓室内注射10mg盐酸氨溴索,并给予口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,对照组鼓室内注射5mg地塞米松,两组每周治疗两次,持续2周。观察两组治疗后疗效、气导听阈变化与不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,远高于对照组的68.75%(P<0.05)。气导平均听阈测定显示,治疗组患者在各频率下的气导听力提高水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.56%,远低于对照组的28.13%(P<0.05)。结论鼓室注射盐酸氨溴索联合口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎可以明显改善分泌性中耳炎患者的症状和听力,安全有效,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of intratympanic injection of ambroxol hydrochloride and eucalyptol-limonene-pentene Enteric-coated capsules on secretory otitis media. Methods 60 patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into the treatment group （62 cases） and the control group （28 cases）. The treatment group was treated with 10mg Ambroxol hydrochloride by intratympanic injection and eucalyptol-limonene-pentene enteric-coated capsules By oral treatment. The control group was given 5mg dexamethasone by intratympanic injection. The treatment efficacy, air conduction hearing threshold and adverse drug reactions were observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （91.67%） was higher than that of control group （68.75%）. The results of Air conduction hearing threshold measurement showed the air conduction hearing levels at each frequency of treatment group of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the levels of control group（P〈0.05）. The adverse drug reactions rate of the treatment group was 5.56%, which was lower than that of control group （28.13% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intratympanic injection of amhroxol hydrochIoride and eucalyptol-[imonene-pentene enteric-coated capsules demonstrates a good clinical efficacy, safety, reliability and simple operation for treatment of secretory otitis media.
