浅谈中药材规格等级标准建立的若干问题

中药材作为人们利用中医药防病治病的物质基础,其具有药物属性和商品属性。规格等级是衡量农副产品外观质量和价格的重要参考依据。目前,中药材作为农副产品缺乏统一、规范、可行的规格等级标准。建立中药材商品规格等级标准有利于促进中药材市场健康有序发展,有利于降低人们用药成本。文章就中药材商品有必要建立规范的规格等级标准、有必要建立评判规格等级标准的权威鉴定机构、以及规格等级标准的主要评判标准等3个方面的问题进行了分析研究。提出了中药材及饮片商品的均一性是规格等级标准的核心的观点。

As one of the material basis for preventing and curing diseases with Chinese medicinal materials,Chinese medicinal materials has its drug property and commodity attribute.Specification and grade is an important reference for the quality and price of agricultural and sideline products.At present,Chinese medicinal materials as agricultural and sideline products lack of a unified,standardized,and feasible standard grade.The establishment of Chinese medicinal materials product specification grade standard is conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of Chinese medicine market and reducing the cost of people＇s drug.It is necessary that Chinese medicinal materials commodities establish a regulated specification and grade standard.It is necessary a authoritative identification institution to judge specification and grade standard.What is the main evaluation standard of Chinese medicinal materials commercial specification and grade standard,This paper analyses the three aspects of the problem.The uniformity of Chinese medicinal materials commodities is specification and grade standard core.
