基于季节性差异分析的薛伯寿教授外感热病学术思想管窥(一)

Research on professor XUE Bo-shou's academic thought about exogenous febrile disease externally based on analysis of seasonal variations(Ⅰ)

薛伯寿教授为蒲辅周先生入室弟子,得其真传。薛教授强调治疗外感热病,应融合伤寒、温病学说,博采温疫诸家之长,因势利导、达邪外出,临床不可拘泥伤寒、温病方,需根据病情,寒温并用、表里分消,方可提高临床疗效,为了探究薛教授治疗外感热病的学术思想及临床经验,笔者以风温、温热、温毒、暑温、湿温、伏暑、秋燥、冬温等不同季节性致病因素为主线,以临床外感热病案例为节点进行了系统的总结分析,文章首先以风温病、温热病入手,探索薛教授治疗外感热病临床经验。

Professor PU Fu-zhou as an outstanding specialist doctor of Chinese medicine in contemporary was good at treating exogenous febrile disease.His inner circle XUE Bo-shou had mastered the essence of his academic thoughts.Professor XUE emphasizes that the treatments of exogenous febrile disease should blend the theories of typhoid fever and warm disease and act piths from various specialists of warm disease,but should not constrained to the formulas for typhoid fever and warm disease.It should improve the occasion to eliminate pathogens from exterior,and combine frigotherapy and pyretotherapy to eliminate pathogens by diaphoresis and purgation respectively according to the patients＇ condition.In order to explore professor XUE＇s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating exogenous febrile disease,this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the clinical cases with the concept of different seasonal pathogenic factors such as wind-warm,warm-heat,warm-toxin,summer warm,damp-warm,latent summer heat,autumn-dryness,winter-warm and so on.This paper explores professor XUE＇s clinical experience in treating exogenous febrile disease based on wind-warm syndrome and warm-heat syndrome.
