王暴魁论风邪与特发性膜性肾病

Discussion of pathogenic wind and idiopathic membranous nephropathy by WANG Bao-kui

特发性膜性肾病(IMN)是成人原发性肾小球疾病最常见的病理类型之一,近年来,发病率呈上升趋势。当前临床医家多认为本病病因病机是脾肾亏虚为本、湿热瘀血互结为标,王暴魁教授从临床出发提出正气亏虚、风邪入肾是本病的基本病机,指出IMN的治疗宜标本同治,扶正的同时,联用祛风法,开展扶正祛风论治IMN的相关研究,以完善本病病因病机、辨证分型及治法。文章从临床表现、病机演变及临床疗效等多方面证实了其观点,强调从风论治IMN可提高临床疗效。

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy（IMN） is one of the most common types of primary glomerular disease for adults and the incidence is on the rise in recent years.Currently,most doctors consider that the root cause of the disease is dei ciency of the spleen and kidney,while the superi ciality of the disease is intermingled dampness-heat and blood stasis.Professor WANG Bao-kui proposes from clinic,that healthy qi dei ciency and invasion of pathogenic wind into kidney are basic pathogenesis of this disease.He points out that appropriate treatment for IMN is treating root causes and symptoms simultaneously and combing expelling wind method while reinforcing the healthy qi.Research on the treatment of IMN by combining reinforcing the healthy qi and expelling wind method should be conducted,so as to supplementing its cause and pathogenesis,syndromes and treating principles.In this paper,professor WANG＇s ideas were confirmed from the aspects of clinical manifestations,development of pathogenesis and clinical effectiveness.Also,it insisted that the treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy from pathogenic wind could improve clinical outcomes.
