蒙医特色药材黑冰片概述

黑冰片为猪科动物野猪Sus scrofa Linnaeus的完全烧成炭的干燥粪便。味苦,性辛、温,具有平息"协日",消食,杀"粘",破痞之功效,主要用于治疗消化不良,"协日"痞,"粘"。黑冰片为蒙医特色药材,临床应用数千年,疗效显著,不良反应少。由于其特殊的基源,很少有研究资料报道。文章就黑冰片的炮制、化学成分、药理活性、毒性及临床应用等方面进行评述,为今后研究提供参考。

Hei-Bing-Pian is Suidae animals Sus scrofa Linnaeus completely dry feces burning charcoal.Bitter,pungent and warm,calm the ‘xieri＇,digestion,kill ‘nian＇,break the effect of swelling,mainly used to treat indigestion,‘xieri＇ lump,‘nian＇,and so on.Hei-Bing-Pian is a Mongolian-specific medicine,with the history of several thousand years,significant effect and few side effects in clinical application.Because of its special origin,few reports of research were found.In this paper,Hei-BingPian＇s processing,chemical constituents,pharmacological activity,toxicity,and clinical applications will be reviewed,providing a reference for future research.
