基于数据挖掘的酸枣仁现代临床量效关系初探

Discussion on modern clinical dose-effect relationship of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen based on data mining

目的:利用数据挖掘方法探索酸枣仁在现代临床应用上的量效关系。方法:在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以"酸枣仁""枣仁""炒枣仁""生枣仁"为检索词,检索2006年1月1日至2016年1月1日近10年期间在国内公开发表的中医应用酸枣仁的临床经验总结、病例报道和临床观察文献,筛选、录入,利用SPSS Modeler 14.1和SPSS 17.0提供的关联分析和描述性分析进行数据挖掘。结果:酸枣仁在现代临床上所涉及的用量主要有10、12、15、20、24、25、30、50g;主治疾病涉及41种,包括:不寐、心悸、更年期综合征、神经衰弱等。患者有不寐表现时,酸枣仁最常用剂量为30g;当患者有心悸表现时,酸枣仁最常用剂量为30、20g;当患者有更年期综合征表现时,酸枣仁最常用剂量为15g;当患者有神经衰弱表现时,酸枣仁最常用剂量为15g;当患者有头痛表现时,最常用剂量为30、20、15g。结论:数据挖掘结果较客观地反映了酸枣仁在现代临床应用中的量效关系,有助于推动该药在临床中的合理应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical dose-effect relationship of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen based on data mining,and to provide effective reference for the Chinese medicine practitioners in better clinical use of it.Methods：Taking the ‘Ziziphi Spinosae Semen＇ ‘Semen Ziziphi Spinosae＇‘Spina Date Seed＇‘Raw Spiny Jujube＇as key words,retrieved 10 years published in Ziziphi Semen Spinosae application of traditional Chinese medicine of clinical experience summary and case report and the literature clinical observation,which were published in CNKI during January 1,2006 to January 1,2016.Then data mining based on the association analysis and descriptive analysis was taken by Modeler 14.1 and SPSS 17.0.Results：The main dosage of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in modern clinical application contains：10,12,15,20,24,25,30,50g;the attending diseases refer to 41 and including：insomnia,palpitation,menopausal syndrome,neurasthenia,etc.The most commonly used dosage of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in treating insomnia is 30g;when treating palpitation,the most commonly used dosage is 30 g and 20g;when treating climacteric syndrome,the most commonly used dosage is 15g;when treating neurasthenia,the most commonly used dosage is 15g;when treating headache,the most commonly used dosage is 30 g,20 g and 15 g.Conclusion：The data mining results can objectively rel ect the dose-effect relationship of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in modern clinical application,which are helpful to promote the rational using of traditional Chinese medicine in clinic.
