模糊PID在超磁致伸缩致动器中的应用

摘要 系统控制器的优劣决定了致动器对被控对象的控制效果,传统PID控制器因其良好的性能广泛用于被控对象参数固定、非线性度低的系统。而超磁致伸缩致动器受到温升等因素的影响,系统模型的各参数也相应地发生变化,为控制精确度,需要对PID控制器的参数不断进行在线调整。系统引入了模糊控制,建立了模糊PID控制器,在充分发挥PID控制器优良性能的同时,增加了模糊控制器的实时非线性调整功能,从而使致动器的控制效果达到最佳。 The quality of the system controller determines the control effect of the actuator for the controlled object. The traditional PID controllers are widely used for the fixed parameters and low non-lineari- ty system because of its good performance. As the Giant Magnetostrictive actuator is affected by the tem- perature, the parameters of the system model also changes accordingly. In order to improve the controlling accuracy, the parameters of PID controller must be constantly adjusted online. The new fuzzy PID control- ler based on fuzzy control system gives full play to the excellent performance of the PID controller with the function of real-time and non-linear adjustment so that the performance of the actuator can be the best.
