基于Pro/E的磁致伸缩直线电机的设计与试制

摘要 针对现有压电式惯性冲击电机存在运动稳定性差、运动速度慢、负载能力弱等不足,对磁致伸缩式直线电机结构进行了分析,设计一种以稀土超磁致伸缩材料为驱动源,基于惯性冲击原理,将电磁能直接转换成直线运动的新型惯性冲击电机,应用Pro/E软件建立了整体三维模型,并对样机进行了试制,为直线电机的开发提供了新的思路。 In view of the drawbacks like slow movement speed and weak load ability in the existing piezo- electric inertial impact motor movement stability, we analyze the magnetic structure of telescopic linear motor, and design a kind of rare earth giant magnetostrictive material as the driving source. Based on the principle of inertial impact, the inertial electromagnetic energy is converted into a new type of linear mo- tion directly impact motor. Then ,an overall 3D model is established by using the Pro/E software, and the prototype is trial-produced,which offers a new way for the development of linear motor.
