摘要 针对目前茶叶加工装置功能单一、效率低下等不足,设计了一种集茶叶杀青、理条、干燥功能于一体的新型茶叶加工装置,该装置结构紧凑,体积小,通过二级电机皮带减速和往复运动形成的曲柄往复运动机构,完成每批茶叶自动炒茶和卸茶过程,在保证茶叶加工品质的同时大大提高了工作效率。 With the improvement of people' s consumption level in recent years, the national requirement for the quality of the agricultural products and food safety become increasingly strict, and it is the case with the tea production and processing. The excellent tea, which was traditionally processed by the manual operation, is now processed with mechanization and automation technology. In view of the weakness in the traditional tea processing device such as single function and low deficiency, we designed a new type of tea processing device which is an integration of multi functions like tea fixation ,tea rolling and tea drying. The size of the device is 2 200 x780 x780 mm,which is characteristic of compact structure and small volume. The secondary motor belt retarding mechanism and reciprocating motion mechanism formation of the crank reciprocating movement is employed to complete automatically such tea process techniques as frying and unloading ,which greatly improves the tea process efficiency and meanwhile guarantees the quality of tea.
